Welcome to Universal Aikido with Sensei Kolesnikov

Aikido is a dynamic, powerful Japanese martial art for effective self-defence.

Kolesnikov's School of Mind and Body Development with Aikido (KSMBDA) is based on the Ki system of Aikido, which does not require physical strength. 

Sensei Wasyl Kolesnikov (7th Dan) has forty years experience and is
an international teacher and expert in Aikido and mind & body development.
