Aikido Classes in Oldham & Rochdale

Sensei Kolesnikov teaches the following Aikido classes in Oldham.
These are open to everyone including beginners, even if they already practise a different style of Aikido.

Aikido classes usually start with mind and body co-ordination development. This is a set of exercises that allow you to remain centred, relaxed, focus and energised. It concentrates on developing Ki (energy flow) but not using physical strength or stamina.
The class follows with Aikido techniques.
